Advertising Account Manager

We are looking for an Advertising Account Manager to join our BagVertising and Tabltop divisions. This is a great opportunity to join our company; have fun and build a new career. You will be responsible for pursuing new sales prospects, completing projects and maintaining the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in designated territory to complete assigned projects in a timely manner
  • Maintain and expand your database of clients through prospecting
  • Update project details using Salesforce CRM; entering new opportunities, adding & editing customer information when necessary
  • Providing customers with advertising details and product information
  • Assisting clients with design details for upcoming projects/advertisements; understanding the needs and requirements for each campaign
  • Providing post-sales support to new and existing customers
  • Work with the design department when necessary to ensure customers’ creative vision was executed
  • Communicating with management on all levels and in various departments to ensure thorough completion of projects
  • Generating new business through cold call phone sales, email marketing and social media
  • Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provides clients with quotes & invoices

Qualifications

  • Fast learner and passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Persuasive speaking skills; ability to communicate using positive language
  • Clear communicator with the ability to effectively listen
  • Solution driven; willingness to learn and improve
  • Project-oriented; takes initiative to complete projects from start to finish
  • Self-motivated and result driven
  • Written communication; must be able to generate emails with proficient language
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must have 2 years of sales &/or customer service experience
